INTERCULTURAL SKILLS LAB
the intercultural skills lab (isl) at the rotman school of management provides high quality programs for internationally educated professionals and/or managers leading diverse teams.
the programs and resources help individuals realise their goals and advance their careers.
i Collaborated closely with a small team to create character profiles for 3 Career Simulation courses.
ultimately, i designed and illustrated a total of 17 unique characters, expanding their versatility through the creation of various expressions, poses, and outfits.
